Nu Biome Side Effects: What to Know Before You Start
Compartilhar
Before adding any supplement to your routine, it makes sense to know what's in it and how your body might react. Here's what to consider with Pharmanex® Nu Biome®.
What's in Nu Biome
- XOS (xylooligosaccharides): a prebiotic fiber
- Heat-treated BPL1: a postbiotic with no live bacteria
- Pomegranate extract
- Caffeine (Watermelon Raspberry Lemon only)
- Other ingredients (Watermelon Raspberry Lemon): citric acid, natural flavors, beet root for color, stevia, gums and sea salt
Getting Started
Prebiotic fibers feed gut bacteria, and some people notice mild changes in digestion, such as a little extra gas, when they first add a prebiotic to their routine. If that happens, it usually settles as your body adjusts. If it doesn't, stop and speak to your doctor.
Caffeine
The original Watermelon Raspberry Lemon flavor contains caffeine. If you're sensitive to caffeine, are limiting your intake or plan to take Nu Biome in the evening, choose caffeine-free Coconut Pineapple.
Check With Your Doctor First If You…
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Take prescription medication
- Have a digestive condition or another health condition
- Have ongoing digestive symptoms that haven't been diagnosed
What Nu Biome Isn't
Nu Biome is not a weight-loss supplement and not a treatment for any disease. It's a daily drink designed to support gut balance and help reduce bloating related to food intake.*
