There are four main types of retinoids:

2.- retinaldehyde (sometimes referred to as retinal),
3.- retinol
4.- retinyl esters
They vary in potency and strength, with retinoic acid being the most potent and retinyl esters being the least. WHEN SHOULD I USE AGELOC ® TRU FACE ® PEPTIDE RETINOL COMPLEX?
You should use ageLOC Tru Face Peptide Retinol Complex once per day, in your night skincare routine. Because you may experience increased sun sensitivity—especially during the first few weeks of use—we recommend limiting your sun
exposure. Also, make sure to wear sunscreen daily, especially when using any retinol product.
