I began the 15-day TRMe program on 23 July, had a 3-week break and re-started the 30-day TRME on 3 September finishing 27 September.

For the first 15 days on TRME, I was very focused on increasing protein, reaching my water intake, no alcohol or sugar and increasing my 9 minute workouts from using 5kg & 7kg, weights to 7kg and 10kg hand weights.
I felt amazing. I had so much energy, my sleep was deep & restful, and I had absolutely no desire to have a glass or wine or any sweet foods.
And the results were good. I felt stronger and leaner and was happy with what I had achieved in that short period of time!
What makes TRMe so different from everything that has come before in the weight management area, is the focus on both Subcutaneous and Visceral fat loss - and increase in Lean Body Mass and Basal Metabolic rate! (Metabolism)!
Over the 3week break, I still focused on my protein intake, regular workouts and no sugar. My energy levels stayed high and my sleep was great.
I then began the 30 Day TRMe on 3 September, wanting to see if 30 days made an difference.
During that time, I attended many social events, lunches, a trip to Melbourne and I wasn't as focused on my weight's workouts, rather walking every second day and skipping a couple of days with travel.
I had a couple of glasses of wine on the weekends, a glass of bubbles at a few of the networking events and also had chocolate/sweets a couple of times a week.
So at the end of the 30 days, I wasn't really expecting much change at all...
That was until I had that last Body Scan. Wow. Wow. Wow is all I can say!!

Total Body Fat Percentage 29.7% down to 27.9%
Body Fat Mass 16.6% down to 15.5%
Subcutaneous Fat Mass 14.8% down to 13.9%
Visceral Fat Mass 1.8% down to 1.6%
Visceral Fat Area 61cm2 down to 52cm2
Lean Body Mass 39.3 up to 40.0 (muscle mass increase)
Basal Metabolic Rate Up from 1218kcal to 1234kcal
Chronological age 67 - Biological age 62
