How can Glucomannan help me to lose weight?

Glucomannan is a dietary fibre that has a remarkable ability to absorb water, which means it forms a viscous, gel-like mass in the stomach when mixed with liquid and this “mass effect” that leads to a decrease in subsequent energy intake. When used in conjunction with an energy-restricted eating plan, Glucomannan contributes to weight loss. 

How to use

Mix one sachet with a big glass of water (at least 250ml) 3 times per day, 15-20 minutes before each meal. Stir until completely dispersed into fluid, then drink
immediately before it thickens too much.

Recommendation(s)

Please note that the beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, in addition with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted eating plan.

ALL INGREDIENTS
Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch root extract (glucomannan) (3g/3 sachets), sodium-L-ascorbate, medium chain triglycerides, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.

Do not use if sachet integrity is affected. Store this product in a cool, dry place. Store out of reach of young children. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Avoid consumption together with medications and other fibre-based food supplements. Make sure to consume plenty of water to ensure the substance reaches the stomach. Choking can occur for people with swallowing difficulties or when ingesting with inadequate fluid intake.
