How to use ageLOC Body Activating Gel

Restore: Apply the gel, then glide the device upward in long strokes across the body area. Massage any remaining gel into the skin. Use up to once daily.

Relax: Apply the gel, then glide the device in slow, upward circular motions, concentrating on tight areas. Massage the remainder in. Use up to once daily.

A generous, even layer matters more than a thick one — the device needs continuous contact to maintain conductivity. If it starts to drag, add more gel rather than pressing harder.
